Frequently Asked Questions

Q: “Do the cards ever expire?”

A: Quest does not require an expiration date, though can include one upon request.

Q: “Are there any fees charged upon card redemption?”

A: No.  The only fee charged is the initial cost of the card.  Costs associated with card redemption, including state processing (rostering) fees are included in the up-front cost.

Q: “How many courses are available?”

A: On average, Quest has approximately 30 courses approved in each state.

Q: “Is it possible to distribute cards that allow for unlimited access to CE courses and credits?”

A: Yes.

Q: “How long does it take to get a program started?”

A: Quest’s professional design team can create artwork for your approval within one business day. Once approved, card production takes 2-3 weeks.

Q: “What is the typical redemption rate on cards?”

A:  While it varies depending on the type of program and the distribution strategy, typical programs can see up to a 25% redemption rate.

Q: “What other advantages are there to offering the cards?”

A: Since they are branded with your firm’s logo, and a card can be kept in an advisors wallet or desk drawer for a number of months before it is redeemed, it serves as a constant reminder of your firm’s products.

Q: “Can cards be ordered without purchasing a custom web portal.”

A: Yes. For best results, we recommend creating a branded CE experience throughout; however, users can be directed to Quest CE’s online learning management system.
